She is also Head of Global Faculty for Lumina Learning’s international organization. She is an internationally acclaimed speaker, author and presenter on crucial topics on leadership, personal, team and organizational development. Rebecca also speaks and writes on empowerment for women and other important women's issues.Rebecca is an experienced consultant and speaker specializing in the areas of organization, leadership and human development. Her career work spans a variety of industries, including, but not limited to, retail, financial services, information technology and manufacturing. As a consultant, Rebecca provides expertise in leadership, career and team development and plays a strategic role in solution design for clients.
Rebecca has consulted, designed and implemented programs for employees and leaders ranging from global organizational to large and mid-sized companies in the United States and abroad, including the Netherlands, Australia, Asia, South Africa, South America and Europe. Rebecca’s background is in Human Dynamics and Psychology with extended studies in Organizational Development from the University of Dallas. Rebecca is an adjunct faculty member for the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
She has achieved the prestigious certification as a recognized professional mediator in Commercial and Domestic Medication from Seton Hall Law School in New Jersey. She is qualified in a multitude of assessment tools ranging from behavioral psychometrics to 360-degree feedback tools from the CDR Institute. Some of these tools include the prestigious Luminaspark, 20/20 Insight, MBTI, DISC, Discovery, Transformational Leadership, Team Effectiveness and others.

Rebecca’s company, Odyssey Performance Strategies, received recognition as a finalist for the North Dallas Chamber Small Business of the Year Award. Rebecca is a previous Senior Consultant for the Attorney General’s Office for the State of Texas.
